Kate was photographed this weekend in London and you can notice in the picture on the left that something looks odd. WTF happened to Kate's nose? The Daily Mail reports:
..pictures taken of the supermodel as she arrived at Heathrow on a flight from New York show one part of her visage - her nose - appears to have changed suddenly and dramatically.
As she looked straight towards camera, the flashbulb unforgivingly lit up her face, and clearly showed shadowy indents where normally one would expect nostrils to protrude.
It is hard to see how the apparently collapsed nostrils could be explained away by unfortunate lighting or make-up.
Weird.

21it isn't British teeth [although they do have an unfortunate rep for poor dental hygiene] it is more European hygiene in general which is a little different then American/Canadian overzealous clean...
Kate has amazing bone structure so the teeth which are still pretty straight for not having braces doesn't matter

43It's cold and flu season. Maybe her nose was runny and she was sniffing. That in combination with the coke use could make her nose look that caved.

47a deviated septum is when the cartilidge of the bridge of the nose is shoved over, like when the nose is broken (my ex broke my nose & i'm having surgery to fix it like next week) a perforated septum is diferent.
