She doesn't look like a repeat of Kate Hudson to me. Didn't Kate say she put on something like 60 lbs during pregnancy? Salma's arms, face, neck, etc, all look like she's hardly put on anything. It's all in her belly and boobs, but she's always had big boobs. Pregnancy just increases that.

I love how you can actually TELL she put on baby-weight. Some celebrities look the same, only with jutting bellies! (I mean this as a compliment. She looks great!) And I love her hair! I love big curly hair (minus the Aqua Net!)
