How nice that she gets a summer camp kind of vacation before she heads to court, since she may be facing jail time. I bet all felons wish they could afford to spend weeks hiking in the mountains before jail.

I sure hope Lindsay takes rehab more seriously this time around and stays clean afterwards. She kind of looks like Christina Aguilera in that big pic on the left.

I hope she gets in a respectable amount of trouble to teach her a lesson & others who are dumb enough to walk around & act like her a lesson too. Believe me, they do. I see them allllll the time at Roosevelt Field Mall...L-A-M-E. Nothing worse than 16 year old LL knockoffs.

I think a lot of people here are confused about rehab. Rehab is not prison. She is in a private rehab facility, one of the best in the country. This is not court mandated rehab. A large portion of the Cirque program involves getting healthy on many levels; physical, emotional, etc. Rehab is actually more successful when it involves opportunities to get outside and exercise and slowly integrate back into the community. Promises isn't that great because there's too much community integration too early and there are a lot of opportunities for clients to leave the premisis alone too early in the recovery process. Cirque has community opportunities - shopping, tanning, etc, but they are with staff. Lohan can also leave rehab whenever she wants - she voluntarily attends. I am not a Lohan fan, I think she's wasting her career on drugs and partying and is a tool for doing so, but please stop misunderstanding what rehab is all about. It's not punishment, it's assistance.

Anyone else who did the things she has done would be in serious legal trouble. I don't care what kind of rehab she is in- the girl shouldn't be out rafting and smiling. She committed serious crimes and should not be treated as if she is above the law. If I did what she has done- I certainly wouldn't be in beautiful Utah. That girl doesn't need rehab- I don't believe she is even addicted. I think she is just an unsupervised spoiled kid who is getting away with some pretty serious things. I don't even think you should be honoring her with a picture on this website.

I agree that MOST people do go to rehab voluntarily, let's not over estimate LL's reasons for going to rehab AGAIN...Linds is in TRUBS!!!
Keep in mind she just got another DUI, took 3 guys hostage when she basically carjacked their car, 1 hopped out she ran over his foot, she is also there avoiding (yet again) doing some serious jailtime & trying to get some good PR in both the public eye, the opinion of the court & what prob matters most to her most, the opinion of Hollywood. Forget she could have killed someone.
She is just trying to give the "impression" that she is really giving it her all. Just like she did with that ankle bracelet.

Um..When you are under arrest and out on bail since when can you leave the state? So it's all well and good she's in "rehab" but how come she gets permission to leave. There are plenty of rehab facilities in the state of California that aren't vanity rehab centers.

Paris probably sent her the "Emergency Public Image Rehabilitation" Kit. Complete with Spitiual message apparel, bible, self help books (hollowed out with lip gloss and spray tan inside) and a WWJD bracelet.

I think all of the pics are staged or a set up by her people. How many papz are in the wilderness of Utah just waiting for a celeb? She is probably freaking out because Paris has been getting a lot of press w/ her clothing line (threw up a little in my mouth) and her childrens party at her Malibu Barbie Beach House. Without the papz would you really know Linds? Not because of her stellar performances in her latest films! Good luck to her, she's going to need it. A tiger can't change its stripes! I hope rehab includes help with her narcissism!

I think Linds has an addiction to attention not drugs and alcohol. She can't sleep alone! I hope they are helping her out with that little problem while she's there. Being a nympho in Hollywood is probably more dangerous than being a coke fiend.
If she really wants to makeover that image of hers, she should start by putting down the bleach. It kind of looks like she's had her lips done recently too, yuck.

When I think of rehab, I surely don't think about people taking random walks through the woods. I see people sitting down, figuring out the roots of their issues, whatever they may be, and trying to get through it. I guess there does need to be "break time" where people can relax but that's all she seems to be doing...

rehab looks like an awesome vacation! maybe next summer i should consider checking into one.

She looks healthier and happier, but then again, that's how she looked like during the first two rehab visits. It's disturbing and sad that young girls look up to a woman who has attended multiple rehabs and a drinking/drug problem before she was 21.

Rehab isn't jail. It's not all " Hi, I'm Lindsey and I'm a coke addict". There are many different methods and approaches to rehabilitation. The ultimate goal is recovery and the ability to maintain a healthy life without addiction.

I think LL has a variety of addictions. She seems to be an alcoholic, a drug addict, a sex addict, and autophobic. It's going to take a lot to get her healthy, and I wish her the best. I think what's disturbing is watching this play out right in front of our eyes. We are all watching this beautiful, talented young girl spiral into destruction. And it makes some of us mad, and some of us sad for her.

Anyway, I'm not even going to annoy myself thinking about how she's probably going to get a slap on the wrist for breaking the law. This country has proven time and again that the rich and powerful operate under different laws than the rest of us.
I just hope this has a happy ending for LL, and that's it.

i'm glad she's looking healthy again. i think she is truly suffering from more than one addiction and i hope she is able to get well. i've seen too many addicts ruin their lives and i hope LL isn't going to be one of them.

Like I said yesterday, a big part of rehab is finding out that there are things to do other than get wasted. People seeking treatment need to know that there are ways to have fun w/o using. Going rafting was prolly part of a team-building excercise & this hike dealy is helping her stay healthy.

HOWEVER, there are loads of people who have much much worse problems & here she is kicking back in the woods in awesome Utah. Must be nice to have millions to waste on previous failed attempts at rehabilitation. Stupid cow.

One of the Baldwin brothers was saying something that, to get real help you should go a hospital type rehab. These rehabs like Promises let you out whenever you want, and thats not going to help the patient. I guess the rehab he went to was a hard core rehab, and I think a lot of the new movie stars should think of going to one of those instead of these ones that are like vacations, b/c they obviously arent helping. Robert Downey Junior went to one in jail, and I think that Lindsey should consider using that one.

I get the whole privacy for the people in rehab but POP you're kinda hypocritical when you plaster celebrity children and babies all over your site. They too are just trying to live their lives they can't help they have famous parents anymore than these rehabbers can help having a famous person in rehab with them... two cents added

I'm glad that you blurred out the photos. It really bugged me to see the faces of those other people looking for treatment the past few days. It seemed like a serious invasion of privacy in case they didn't want their friends and family and coworkers to know that they were there.

Maybe Lindsay is discovering new natural "highs" that may replace her old choices.
