There is why Ben is so thin. First he looks at his wife with their daughter - playing in the park, going to the market, looking pretty and refined, acting on Broadway- and then he thinks about J-lo. She drags her current husband to watch her make her latest video where she dresses like a hooker and goes into an S&M place (to rescue her make-believe child - yeah that happens a lot) Then he has to get up and do the happy dance until he falls down with relief. Then he hollers Thank You Jebus for 15 minutes. It is called the Affleck Gratitude Work Out.
