Natalie was at the Berlin International Film Festival answering questions about her shaved head for her latest movie, V for Vendetta. She said [1]:

"I was really excited to get to shave my head — it's something I'd wanted to do for a while and now I had a good excuse," Portman told reporters at the Berlin International Film Festival. "It was nice to shed that level of vanity for a girl."

However, "I wasn't used to being looked at so much," the 24-year-old actress said. "Walking down the street, I can usually blend in, and people really stare at you when you're a girl with a shaved head."

Natalie will also be honored as ShoWest Female Star of the Year [2] held March 13-16 in Las Vegas. We think she looks amazing bald or with hair. Any girl that can pull the look off both ways deserves to be a huge star. Not so sure about her black dress choice, but I think she pretty much do no wrong.
