I thought the proper term was biracial, mulatto is derogatory and it's so 1905. And I know she's biracial, but for the most part people consider her black, which is why she was the first African-American woman to win an Oscar. So whatever, I was just saying that's why she's always tan, it's the natural color of her skin, I'm black too, and I always look tan because that's just my skin.

Blondie saying women of color is one thing because it's usually referring to the wide ranges of our skintones, especially when it comes to makeup and beauty products that are for our skin. Since a lot of cosmetics don't flatter us.

But "colored" is derogatory against all black people, because it's meant to describe us negatively. So you shouldn't get angry or keep defending your point, because you don't understand what you're talking about.

LOOK I am not trying to be rude so let me educate some of you guys. The term coloured is not to be used, neither is mulatto, quadroon. People use bi-racial or multi-racial to explain ethnicity now. You might not know but a lot of people find those terms highly offensive and you can get knocked out in enough countries just for saying it. There the lesson for today is over.

Listen I did not mean to offend people, I think Tiabia is just being a pain in the ass, and is trying to blow something out of proportion. There were a lot of people in my class that didn't know you werent suppose to use the word color towards black people, I'm sorry if that sounds stupid but I'm just being honest.
