I wasn't there when these things happen. We don't know all the details of this case and shouldn't play judger.

i think this is disgustingly ridiculous. doesn't the us court system know something called "precedence," which is basically looking at past cases to help/determine a current case.

i mean anyone in the future who will be in lindsay's place with 7 misdemeanors can bring up this case all the time and eventually get the same sentence as her. the court system is going to look stupider than it is now. idiots. argh!! this makes me so mad.

and why did they drop the charge of her bringing drugs into jail? If they find it on you during booking, and you didn't disclose it during the initial search, that's a felony charge.

Anyway pinkflats nobody's playing the judger this girl clearly broke the law, and her probation which specifies that if she's caught driving drunk within a number of years again, she'd automatically be charged with a felony. If this was anybody else they'd be locked up by now, shoot I saw a guy in Texas who's in JAIL FOR LIFE, because he violated his probation by smoking weed (he wasn't even driving). So please this is special treatment, and her stupid butt isn't even special, she's such a loser, I hope she finally reaps what she's been sowing, because she could have killed someone.

Seriously, if I were ever to be STUPID enough to be caught twice - drunk driving - with someone else's coke (insert laughter here) - my butt would be in for some time. Do we really believe she will even have to serve 4 days? They will probably plea that she served more than enough time in rehab (when we all know - OBVIOUSLY - rehab isn't doing anything thing to her re-habits). uaaa whatever, if it was me my butt would be off to jail right now. She might as well not even go to jail because 4 days is nothing but a slap on the wrist. I am OUTRAGED!!!!! I think something needs to happen in California, because this is total bull sh*t. When someone like Lindsay gets on midemeanors, when clearly she is no good, and will do it again, something needs to change. Don't these people know that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior? She has done it twice that she was busted for, and she WILL do it again, and I say twice because she probably drove drunk every night she left the club, and she only got caught twice. I really think I may move out of the country to Canada! I just can't take the 2 judicial systems we have in our country! There is our regular people justice, where you get away with NOTHING. And then there is celebrity justice, where you do whatever you feel like, and get off scott free, or some bull sh*t sentence that will do nothing to change their ways! I just don't even know what to say anymore, I am so incredibly angry right now!
