Katie and Suri kept up with the fabulous fashion trends in Paris with a quick midday wardrobe change yesterday. It may have had something to do with Katie's little fall that resulted in a bloody knee, but no worries, the fashionista changed into something even more feminine and pink including knee-high boots. Sweet Suri got worn out after carrying around her heavy bags all day, but carrying a sleeping baby in your arms only makes for a great accessory in our eyes.

3Carrying around a toddler, followed by a security team holding an umbrella over you doesn't seem like a very fun way to go shopping in Paris. Suri always looks exhausted being dragged around shopping with her mother. It seems more like a photo op.
Some moms would have left her to nap at the hotel with the nanny watching while they shop, then spend some quality kid time doing things Suri would enjoy, rather than taking her on errands.

16And BTW with my 1st dd I was young and took her EVERYWHERE with me. She was my constant companion. Katie's young and I think spending whatever time she does with her Mommy is much preferred to being left with a nanny. JMHO

When I only had one, I stayed at home a lot for naps, etc. and now that I have a busload of kids that are a nightmare to take in public, I realize how portable one child is. I wish that I had done more when I only had one. So I think Katie is smart to get out and about with Suri. It's good for mom to get out and it's good for baby to be with mom and not a sitter.

26As for the midday wardrobe change, I think I change outfits three times a day. My kids get me sooooooooooo dirty.
27I think they probably feel more secure with her in their arms, and like they have more control of her in crowds. I feel that way.
28Also, she walks and she might be a TERROR to strap into a stroller now that she's mobile.

36dont compare Katie to Brittney please. I can manuever in heels better than tennis shoes so wearing them while carrying a child isnt endangering them. Katie and Suri look just great, happy, content and loved.

42Hello PopSugar. I live in Paris so I thought you could use a reality check: the French don't shop at luxury boutiques. The tourists with money do. French people go to H&M for clothes, and Monoprix for makeup, and when it rains, they put their children in strollers with plastic over it.
43I agree on the high heels - not smart when carrying a child on the streets of Paris, esp. (cobblestones and uneven pavement). And I just noticed that she never uses a stroller. Odd. Maybe Xenu is anti-stroller.

47I like Katie's clothes, just not on her. She's just too young to be wearing a lot of the styles she chooses. I can see her wearing these elegant, sophisticated clothes when she's like my age ( 31) but she's still in her mid twenties! I know she's a mommy now, but that doesn't mean she has to look so matronly.
Suri is adorable. I'm sure a nanny must hold Suri while Katie shops. Suri is probably always sleepy because toddlers sleep a lot more than adults.
48Katie's fashion style has definitely changed since she hooked up with Tom. She knows she's going to be photographed constantly and so she dresses for that. Now, tell me, who is their right mind would wear HIGH HEELS when out with their toddler? Not a very intelligent choice. Doesn't she realize that you can still look fashionable when you aren't wearing 4 or 5 inch heels? I think she probably takes advice from Victoria Beckham. Katie doesn't have to dress like a soccer mom but she doesn't dress appropriately for someone who is out with their little child either. She's dressed for a Vogue fashion shoot and not for a day in the park with a baby.
