131. there are hair dyes that can be used that would not be harmful to a baby (despite the fact that dying a child's hair is incredibly dumb)
2. the kid's hair might be darkening already on it's own. But at this point it really doesn't matter what the parent's hair color is. my parents both have extremely dark hair as does my brother and mine is so blonde it's almost white.
