But I voted for Kelly, because it's not the outfit that it bad, it's the outfit on HER. Kelly looks kinda chopped off and bizarre. Her top doesnt match her bottom or something. I don't know.

Kelly's dress did nothing for her body, although Miley's dress was worst dressed a-close-second for me (and as much as I love Miley!)

I think Miley's dress is cute. It is fun and young. She isnt' 25, she is a teenager, and I think this dress reflects that.

Miley Cyrus is a damn teenager and should not be walking around with a neckline that low under any circumstances. It's totally tacky. I actually love Kelly's dress, just hate the hair color and wish the bottom wasn't so wrinkly...Meghan Fox is wicked overrated (I actually don't find her that pretty and she always looks like she's about to go walk the street with her makeup)...and Eve looks like Arabian Nights Barbie about to go to bed. Sheesh.

It looks like Miley's stylist (or whoever chose the dress) was going for a mix of child-like and mature and managed to find Little Mermaid Meets Disco Vixen. To be fair, I don't know if that's coral or floral, but it makes me want to sing Under the Sea, none-the-less. IT's alsoI the only dress I've ever seen that's at once too young and too old for the person wearing it.

I want to add a new voting category for awards shows though: "Most Unimaginative Outfit". Today I would vote Emmy Rossum. Her red giant bow dress is just the same as every other outfit she wears. YAWN!

none of those outfits are something I'd consider attractive but Miley Cyrus is the worst for sure.

Kelly looks terrible...a weird wedding dress gone wrong. Its not very "teen choice" style. Miley doesnt look bad at all...she is like 14 years old and her bright colored dress is befitting of a young girl. The other two look a bit dark with the black and grey...but not that out of the ordinary.

I'm not a big fan of Miley Cyrus look but I think Megan's one is worst ... Teen Choice Award may not be the most dressed-up event of the year but her look is too casual for this anyway. Even if she looks cute.

I ditto Eve's outfit, I'm glad she hid the anklet for the kiddies. But seriously, Kelly looks HORRIBLE!
