Rihanna received a bouquet of flowers on her way out of a NYC recording studio yesterday as she finishes up work on her new album before its November 23 release. First up is her debut single, which premiered this morning on Ryan Seacrest's radio show. For "Russian Roulette," she paired up with Ne-Yo for a ballad that touches on some somber subjects. Take a listen below and tell us — does this song make you want to hit the dance floor or leave the club?
I wouldn't really classify this as a "hit the dance club" kind of song, but I really like it.
Oops, I meant hit the dance floor, not club lol.
I'm not feeling it, it's too slow and boring. Might grow on me though.
The song is ok, not really a first single kinda song.... Her voice is just so bland and flat, kinda goes through me...
I like the song and I used to like Rihanna a lot, but what the hell is she thinking??? She dresses kinda edgie, but this hait...lol THIS HAIR !!!
I just can't feel it.
she's become really annoying to me by the ways she dresses and appears in camera..
Love it but not a club song
It's okay but not what I was expecting from her.
At first I didin't like it but after a few listening I'm in love with the song.
I like it, though I had to listen to it a couple of times before it grew on me. I will say that it's a bit of an odd choice for a first single.
She has some interesting hair styles.
this song is not a club song lol
A very bad song, very very bad.
don't like it, why would I want to listen to a song about trying to kill yourself. not a fan of rihanna and her dark side.
#15 It's not about trying to kill herself. It's about taking risks with love.
I love Rihanna and the fact that she isn't afraid to try new things that may not be understood or seen as interesting by others but she's doing her thing and not worrying about it. Love that!!
I like the song and I'm looking forward to the album.
Rihanna is really doin her thing. I dont see this playing in a club, though I thought it was a great choice for a single. Rihanna has been through A LOT of obstacles and changes and this song really shows the public (for sure me)that she has found who she really is and what she loves. Her style is questionable to a lot of people but she didnt chose those outfits because she knew everyone else would love or accept it; she dresses how she feels : Bold, daring, and powerful. I respect her a lot, she's a great artist and I know she's going to be around for a while. Oh and I listened to the cd and I LOVE IT!!!!!! You Go Girl!!
