I'd say more anorexic than angelic... These thin idiots ARE NOT beautiful! It's sad that they help to perpetuate an image that is UNHEALTHY to our young girls of America who are literally dying to be thin. Women should be womanly and have curves - not look like a 12 yr old boy with a pretty face.

I'll never understand why Keira attracts so many nasty comments. Yes, she's skinny. She always has been, so if it is natural, that's that. If she does, however, have an eating disorder, well by all means, we should ridicule her and trash-talk her! I can't even imagine the pressure actresses are under to look a certain way, and I hate it when people blame them instead of the media machine that puts on the pressure in the first place. In every interview of Keira's I've read/seen, she comes across as articulate, funny, and level-headed. It's nice to see a young starlet who isn't known mainly for DUIs, catfights, and marathon partying.

oh jesus, the girl needs to EAT! its like watching a walking SKELETOR and she HAS lots so much weight since becoming famous, its really sad and unhealthy...there are such terrible life threatening risks that come with eating disorders, both short and long term

Zolora -- I can only speak for myself here, but I just don't think she looks healthy. She's a great actress and quite beautiful, but she'd be MUCH more attractive (and a better role model) if she were at a healthier weight.

I agree Zolora! She's always been thin, thinner at times then others, but she's never been curvaceous. I don't know why people can't get passed it. She's a very smart, witty and seemingly put together person. Leave her be.

And on the off chance she's got an eating disorder, the last thing we should do is ridicule and throw harsh comments at her. It would do her no more good then telling her she looks perfect the way she is. Eating disorders a mental afflictions that are a result of how others and ourselves see our bodies. To hurl nasty comments isn't going to help. Encouraging that the person does something to return themselves to a healthy body weight would be much more beneficial.

That aside, I think she looks positively lovely here. Love the dress, love the hair, love the make-up and loooooove the arm candy. Yay for Keira!!!

If you think Keira is "thin", you need to rethink what exactly it is you would quality as anorexic. A dead person walking? She is not "thin". She is "sickly thin" and that is not normal by any means of the word. Only lack of a proper diet or starvation can cause one to look so malnourished. I am disappointed that PopSugar would describe her as angelic. A very dangerous perception to dispense to young women. Go back and watch Pirates of the Caribbean. That was "naturally thin"....and about 15 to 20 pounds ago.

Just to clarify--I actually agree that she's super thin and could very well have an eating disorder. I was talking more about the really nasty comments I've seen directed at her, not people just saying that they think she's too thin.

Her face did look much fuller during the first pirates movie (she was "OMG beautiful" in the first one). But remember, women's faces naturally "plane out" when they get older. The roundness next to the laughline area flattens out.

That said, I do think she looks much older than she actually is. No matter what, I hope she is healthy.

Also keep in mind that Kate Bosworth used the naturally thin excuse last year as well, and now you can clearly see that she is much healthier.

People come in all different shapes and sizes and yes some people are naturally thin without having to do anything. It is genetic for those lucky people. She looks great and has a ballerina body. Some bloggers are so jealous. Curves are nice but so are slim bodies. Just be happy with what you are like.

I really do like her because she seems so fun and smart and grounded in real life. I love her dress. It is angelic in the pure sense of the word.

But it really does bother me that she's so thin. It just can't be healthy and it does scare me to look at her sometimes. Just because it's in your gene pool to be naturally thin, that doesnt mean that it's healthy. If both of my parents were obese and I said it was just in my gene pool to be fat, I would still be fat and unhealthy.

Awww, her being skinny is trumping over the fact that James McAvoy is there and looking rather dashing. I want to see him in this, Wanted and Becoming Jane. He was brilliant in The Last King of Scotland. I first noticed him in Wimbledon and The Chronicles of Narnia. He's a cutie.
