YUCK Rachel Ray. I am not a huge Barry Manilow fan, but Martha is right. And Rachel Ray can't even chop vegetables evenly. I was aghast when I flipped to her show by accident and watched her make a 'special salad' with huge chunks of lettuce, huge chunks of tomato, and grilled chicken. Very special indeed.

I met Rachel Ray, cute girl ... She has an awesome crew, including her audience opener, JC. SHe is a short, chubby girl with big old butt ... LOL ... I can tell you all, she does not give a hoot what Martha thinks. In fact, she will go out of her way now to annoy her more. LOL !!!

Yes, when I met Rachel, I was in the audience and the taping took over 5 hours ... ANNOYING ... But once you are in the studio, you can't leave. She is very fake when the cameras are off, no associating with the audience and very serious ... Once the cameras are on, that big old fake cheesey smile ... I liked her before the show, but after the show, I changed my mind.

I've met Rachael Ray too many times to discuss and she is completely self absorbed and snotty. Plus, she's lied about a lot of her "past life". Her grandpa Emmanuel, who taught her how to cook and who she always cooked with? Died when she was 5 or 6. How much serious cooking was she doing at that age? Her entire life is a big old embellishment. And her husband's band kinda sucks.

Yechh. Rachel Ray needs to go away asap. I hate everything about her...

Plus, Martha doesn't really care about Rachael Ray. She was more concerned about Barry Manilow. The point of booking two shows in a market is to get wider exposure and by moving up the taped segment, RR's production staff actually shot Barry Manilow in the foot, she definitely didn't damage Martha since Martha had him live. And from what I understand, HE wasn't very happy either since he was told his segment would air on Friday and never heard he was being bumped up to compete against himself. Just a stupid stupid move.

I also agree Rachael Ray needs to go away!
