Lindsay Lohan was up to her usual in NYC yesterday, shopping away her afternoon before spending the evening out on the town. It's been a standard few days for LL, with her late nights socializing and public family issues. Lindsay now has one more way to stay occupied, as she was just allowed back into the club Avenue after being banned earlier this year for tweeting about JT cheating on Biel. There's even more good news for LL, as the LAPD has identified and is starting to arrest those allegedly responsible for robbing her house.

8I wish someone would put a leash on this girl. It's so sad that her parents just let her do what she wanted as a kid now there is very little chance of reigning her in. She used to be a talented actress and now she's become a laughing stock. I think if the paps would ignore her for a while she might have no choice but to get her sh*t together and do something about herself. Once she doesn't have media attention the offers for her to do nothing and make money will dry up.
