She lightened up a little once she hit the shoe floor with a friend, though they avoided the Givenchy event designer Riccardo Tisci hosted elsewhere in the store. Blake and the other Gossip Girl stars enjoyed a saucy Halloween on the Upper East Side on Monday's episode, and Penn Badgley promises that he and Blake will have an equally fun holiday off-screen.
