Heath Ledger was keeping a pretty low profile hiding behind his fedora and various Wayfarers at the premiere of I'm Not There at the Venice Film Festival today. Obviously Heath has been going through a hard time lately with his split from Michelle Williams, and apparently it showed on the red carpet. Us Weekly reports: "He had his hat tipped a little low and didn't really make eye contact with anyone. You could tell that he didn't want to be there.” We can only imagine how difficult it must be for Heath to have to try to put on his happy face during a rough period. Maybe after the festival he should spend some quiet time with his adorable little girl.

I feel so bad for him! That would just feel so awkward. He doesn't seem to be the type to want to share his personal life with others, and for everyone to know you are in the middle of such deep emotions would be horrible.
There is such a BIG difference between stars like Heath, and other "stars" that like to promote the demise of their relationships by going on Letterman, etc.

11Heath seems to be the kind of guy who gets bored with a woman pretty quickly and often he doesn't even break up with one before hooking up with another woman. I really wouldn't be surprised if we saw him with another woman in the next few weeks.
