Poor Hilary has been fearing for her life. She and Joel had requested a restraining order against an alleged stalker last month and now word is they have arrested him. TMZ reports that the 18-year-old man was arrested on Friday for making criminal threats and stalking Hilary. Apparently the man said he was planning to kill Hilary at an event on Sunday, and the man is now being held on $200,000 bail. Hopefully Ms Duff is now safe.

EEkk. thats gotta be weird.. you just want to make movies and music and someone claims they love you and want to kill you. And in this day and age they just might. You walk out of a club or premire and take two in the chest from someone you thought was a photographer or looking for an autograph.. that sucks to have to deal with a threat like that daily at that age.
1IMA - i totally agree, it's so scary... There are so many sick people out there... just think, just several decades ago, stalking wasn't even considered a crime!
