Keira Knightley wore a craaaaa-zy chest baring dress to the London premiere of Atonement last night. The look obviously emphasizes how boney she is, though I think she (understandably) never wants to talk about that again. Even though she was back at home for the premiere, her boyfriend Rupert wasn't around for the red carpet. Keira's no stranger to the red carpet, of course, which she recently showed off playing an actress in the short film series she made as part of her Coco Mademoiselle campaign for Chanel. It's all very old school Hollywood glamour and I think she plays it well.

1Kiera's dress is hideous. For someone who doesn't want people to focus on her weight, she sure does choose clothes that just emphasize her bony frame!

6OMG, Keira!! Why is she supporting those anorexic rumours by wearing dresses like this?! She looks terrible. BUT I hate (hate) those totally ignorant comments which say thin people should eat some burgers and stuff like that. First for some people it isn't that easy to gain weight. Second no matter whether you're thin or thick, eating (more) HEALTHY food (like FRESH vegtables, fruits and wholemeal products) should be the adwise!!

It use to be that when a girl got this thin it was totally shocking but like so many other things in the media we become desensitized. I think the public is not even noticing too much anymore and that is how the "starvation Look" becomes accepted. Like so many of you - I notice, it's hard not to.

I totally agree -- it started with the "heroin chic" look several years back (which, ironically enough, was Kate Moss's famous look), but it seems like it has gotten much worse in past few years.

My problem is that it seems like it becomes a norm for regular people too, and that's seriously wrong.
Kiera was NOT always like that, you only have to check old pics or even the movie Bend it like Beckham to realise it.The "i'm naturally skin and bones" thing is BS.
I think that SHE is obsessed about her weight not the media.She even said a little while ago that during a photoshoot a photographer told her that she had big thighs and that it hurt her a lot.And now look how skinny she is .I think she is insecure,and i don't blame her for that her at all, i feel sorry for her. But i don't like her hypocrisy and the fact that people fail to see that she's obviously starving.

Is it possible that Keira does not have an eating disorder and that she is really thin normally and so if she eats less without trying at all it really affects her weight? It is totally possible to have an eating disorder and have a social life.Anorexic people work,go out sometimes have kids etc...They don't stay locked in a room till their death.

30I generally don't comment on people weight, but when I look at those photos, it makes me think "I'm gonna send her some rice as I did for children in Africa".

40I really hate that she's become another Hollywood Zombie. I understand that, ruling out medical factors like hyperthyroidism, she more than likely has a (severe) eating disorder. But I just HATE it when healthy sized female stars suddenly start taking to heart stupid comments or WHATEVER it is that triggers them, and stop eating. It's just terrible.
Keira used to be so beautiful and full of life. Now...like I said, she looks like a zombie. Depressing, to say the least.
