Now that the film has won the Best Picture Oscar it will be re-released on the big screen [1] this weekend. The film only made $53.4 million when it opened in May but it has been a DVD best seller since it became available for home viewing in February. Crash blew me away when I saw it in the theater [1] and while I loved and thought it was going to go to Brokeback Mountain, I understand why Crash took home the Oscar. That said, I still think everyone should see both movies - it was clearly a close competition.
