Lucy Liu and Tom Everett Scott looked positively Carrie and Big filming in the streets of NYC on Tuesday night. It's going to be hard for Cashmere Mafia to come out from the shadow of that other show about 4 women in NYC -- but at this point I can't help but see all the similarities. From the Patricia Field wardrobe (hey, at least this dress is less crazy) to just seeing the cast on the streets of Manhattan at night. I just love how happy Lucy looks with every moment of it - hopefully she never loses all that infective enthusiasm.

25I'm sorry but I've never seen what the big deal is with Lucy Liu. Nothing against her but I just don't think she can carry such a huge show (I mean if the comparisons to SATC are true). But hey, maybe I'm proven wrong
26I think it is really fun to have a show on tv that encourages women to push their fashion boundaries. While no one would wear exactly what these ladies do because it is so bold, I think it helps women be a little bolder.

I think this will be interesting to watch when it comes out. I'm lovin Lucy's outfits thus far and she looks great in Tom's arms. This very much reminds me of SIC except it's not annoying Carrie B.
