She's non stop complaining about her sad desolating life with fame. She doesn't know what real problems are. Stop complaining no one is forcing you to do this job.

I have an idea. Maybe she could stop making big budget, high profile, high paying movies and simply go the indy route or work with small theater groups. She wouldn't be famous, nobody would care anything about her so she could live a private life and she could continue to be an actress. Since "nothing about being a celebrity is desirable" she wouldn't miss the big paydays either. Us common folk will be happy have her.

I hate celebs that complain about how hard their life is. They make millions and if they want they never have to work again. Maybe they should try living the life of a normal person for a year and find out how lucky they are.

Yes, fame has it's price. But it's a job to her. People need to let the girl do her job and stop caring so much about what she does in her private time. We all go to work everyday and we all complain about something. We are no different except she chose a job that's more publicized.

And although some of you seem to think she and other actors don't have problems. Look again, have you seen how many of them have gone to rehab or died recently. It's because they have problems and no one to support them. Gee sounds like they are humans just like us. Trying to work and stay afloat.

Maybe she should get another "job" if she is so unhappy about it. She is always complaining...there is something to be said about being grateful and feeling fortunate about what amazing things you have been given. Life is way too short to be so miserable at what you do...you work in the most public of industries...if you don't like what comes with it then you should have opted to do something else.

I agree with you csherri2007, just because she has an enviable job and gets an enviable paycheck for that, doesn't mean that it's not still work, and all work has downsides. I think if she could have predicted the franchise surrounding Twilight she might not have done it, but even though I love her as an indie actress, I'm still glad she did it as she fits the role perfectly. But I am glad that the success hasn't turned her to the big movie roles and she wants to remain doing the kind of films she did before. I don't understand why there are people that are actually turned on by being famous- nothing's good ever come of it.

Yeah let her cry about the millions of dollars she makes and how she gets to do almost anything she want because of the job she has. There are too many people who would trade places with her, ungrateful *!. Don't wanna be a celebrity, GET ANOTHER JOB it's a choice you have the luxury to make!

If she didn't want the fame she shouldn't have taken the role in Twilight.She knew this fame was going to be huge.She was a working actress before Twilight and no followed her.Obviously that changed when she took this role.She needs to accept it.

You guys should take it easy and think hard before criticizing her. It doesn't look like to me that Kristen is complaining or anything. In every single interview, people keep asking again and again the same kind of questions like "Have you ever changed......", "Does it bother you to see yourself in the tabloid?" blah....... So she gave the same honest answer. But instead of posting the different answers, the media only chooses to post the same answer over again to make her look like she is complaining. But if she gave the different answer, they will say that she is a shipper, she changes her mind all the time. That's the BS of the media and the press to sell news. Let's see.... I said my favorite breakfast is cereal and people just keep putting it in the news.... one day everyone will think that I am addicted to cereal.... Don't you see how happy and gracious she is when promoting New Moon in Brazil and Mexico even with all the chaos at the airport. I think what she doesn't like about fame is being chased by papz. They ask stupid questions, they stand in front of her house 24/7, they not only bother her but also her family members, they chase and follow her car in the midst daylight. On the same note (although she doesn't mention it), I am so sick of hearing *how hard* celebrities work. Like when they say they worked for *hours* a day...you mean like the 8, 12, 15, 18 hours a day the average America works to support themselves and their families? Or that they had been doing back to back projects and hadn't had a break in months...You mean like how the average American works about 50+ years without taking months or years at a time off? And gets a one-week vacation if they are lucky?

i don't think that she's saying that she hates what she does - she's saying that she's not in it for the celebrity which i think is fair. she likes the art of acting and the craft and that's why she does it. i feel like that's reasonable.

anyway, it's always so great to see her glammed up and i hope that we get to see more of her even after the Twilight craze is over

I dig her...she's not crying...personal space and privacy are so key in life...yes, I'd gladly take the salary of any actor in hollywood, even the d-list ones (assuming a bad actor can pull in at least $100-$200k/yr)but not being able to go to the store or live life without being violated would drive me bat shyt...I don't even like people asking me what I did over the weekend when I get to work on Monday b/c I can't say "oh, I was drunk has lots of s*x with the husband and smoked some herb"...I get it; but I don't feel bad for the ones who call the paps to let them know they just took a shyt

i don't think she has anything to worry about. once this twilight crapola goes away, so will her career. NO ONE is going to see her playing joan jett.

She's not nearly as talented as Angelina, so she has nothing to worry about as far as the that goes. I understand her hating the celebrity aspect of it but if she didn't expect Twilight to be huge then she didn't do her research before accepting the role. A simple look at the books' sales would've been an eye-opener.

That aside, those pictures are a few years old.

Fame comes with a price, and she has to accept that. Right now, she's the lead actress in a worldwide phenomenon - privacy just isn't going to happen. When she's done with the Twilight Saga, she can take smaller roles in indie films and eventually she'll fade from the public eye a bit. But for the next few years, she's just going to have to deal with it.

There are actors who love fame. Live for the fame and do anything for the spotlight. Kristen Stewart just wants to act. She loves acting. She loves twilight and the people she got to meet because of these films. But she is and has always been an ordinary girl who just happens to act. She doesnt take back this role if she did she would not be making more of them she would have quit and had someone else play the role. She just isnt about the fame. She wants to act do what she loves but that desnt mean she has to love the huppla that comes with it. Doesnt mean she has to love all the paparazzi and the questions and the stupidity of people. Being an Actor and being Famous are not the same things nor do they have to go hand in hand. I think had Kristen (and Rob) known that twilight was going to turn in to this whole media blitz they wouldn't have done it at all. She was an actor long before she was famous and i think she wants to go back to being just an actor.

Also i think she has a right to complain; Unlike some of her costars and peers she doesn't go out clubbing or any other places swarmed with paps or do point less reality shows or put her business all over the web. She doesn't go seeking the limelight so it is very unfair that she has to deal with paps hounding her down and tabloids writing crazy stories about her.

I think Kstew is one of the most real and honest people in her age group. I love that she isn't like every other 20 something crawling all over h-wood for their next 15 mins. I hope that her career goes on outside of this whole Twilight thing.

Anywho, I agree with previous posters: A) The press asks her these questions. It would be different if she went into every interview complaining. B) Everyone deserves privacy, even celebs. Especially celebs who are not in it for the fame.

Before you live the life of a celebrity, or someone in Kristen and Rob's shoes, try not to judge. If you don't like them, move on to another page that features another celeb that you do like.

I regard people who have tough lives with an optimistic and happy outlook as inspiring. True there are downfalls to being an actor but seriously - stop complaining. No one wants to hear complaints from ANYONE.

I completely understand. She wants to act, she wants to inform readers of whats going on with her, but she also does not want people chasing her in the streets and vying to get their own piece of her personal life. I think fans should be fans, but chasing someone and nagging for info is another thing.
