Paris Hilton may have finished her jail time months ago, but her legal issues aren't over just yet. This time, however, she's the one that is making the charges - The Smoking Gun reports that she's suing Hallmark over a greeting card that portrays Paris as a waitress and uses her trademark phrase "That's hot." Paris is hoping to win at least a half a million in this case that she claims invaded her privacy and misrepresented her image.
In other Paris news, it looks like she's finally found some new digs in Beverly Hills. After selling her home in the hills, Paris is moving on up to a mansion that is twice the size of her old house, and even has a gym that she plans on converting to a closet. Lucky girl!

"Parody" is a protected right that has been clarified by the Supreme Court years ago. That is why South Park and SNL can do what they do and pretend to be other people with out getting sued for it...because everyone knows it isn't the real source.

Several bodyguards surrounded her booth which was apparently a waste of money. Because no one cared. Former Maple Leaf Tie Domi sat in the booth next door…he didn’t give a sh*t. Did not care to be introduced, didn’t even look over for fear she’d spread her legs and contaminate his ass.
In fact, the crowd was so unimpressed with Ebola, she actually resorted to taking pictures of herself….HERSELF!!! No one approached her, no “fans” wanted to pose with her, so she posed and pointed for her own lens.
But seriously…how f&cking hurting do you have to be to start taking self portraits in the middle of a club???
Heads up Toronto – Ebola will be in town for 3 months. Be vigilant. Wash your hands. And if you see her, give her a good old fashioned Hogtown Heckle. I recommend:
