Paris Hilton may have finished her jail time months ago, but her legal issues aren't over just yet. This time, however, she's the one that is making the charges - The Smoking Gun reports [1] that she's suing Hallmark over a greeting card that portrays Paris as a waitress and uses her trademark phrase "That's hot." Paris is hoping to win at least a half a million in this case that she claims invaded her privacy and misrepresented her image.

In other Paris news, it looks like she's finally found some new digs [2] in Beverly Hills. After selling her home in the hills [2], Paris is moving on up to a mansion that is twice the size of her old house, and even has a gym that she plans on converting to a closet. Lucky girl!
