Charlize Theron stepped out for the LA premiere of The Road last night with Stuart Townsend and mom Gerda by her side. Her hair and wardrobe were light, but Charlize spiced things up with a deep red pout. Those lips sadly won't be getting anywhere near Johnny Depp in the near future — he's in talks to sign on to The Tourist, which Charlize dropped out of last month only to have Angelina Jolie pick up the role.

3Damn, I would have much rather seen Charlize and Johnny onscreen together. Charlize is more beautiful and a greater actress. And her glamourous golden looks compliment Johnny's darker looks prefectly. Besides the film they did do together already the Astronaut's Wife sucks. They need to make up with that.
Now with Johnny and Angelina there will just be a lot of annoying press fuss and probably disrespect to Johnny's girlfriend by making up stupid cheating rumors. Sad but true.
