Kristen Stewart took a break from her rigorous New Moon promotional schedule to attend the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's annual "Walk To Cure Diabetes" in LA today. She joined Sugar Ray Leonard for a ceremonial ribbon cutting, before taking the stage to say a few words to the crowd. Kristen wore one of the organization's t-shirts, but, of course, she added her signature knotted touch. She spent the rest of her weekend with Taylor and Robert doing press, following interviews on Friday and a special fan event at Hot Topic. There's no rest in sight for Kristen, as she and the cast enter the home stretch before November 20.

what a beautiful, beautiful girl. wow, she's stunning even in a t-shirt and jeans!
1she just keeps rocking the boat! good for her for supporting a worthwhile cause. I hope other young hollywood will do the same instead of drowning in booze every night. she also did a rape documentary early this year. We need more like kristen stewart, strong-wiled, smart, kind, talented, humble and most of all compassionate.

22i like to take part in things like that. i walked against breast cancer this august in Moscow. i do really respect Kristen for doing this, she really cares and concerns.that`s nice!
23Caterpillar Girl stop judging before you've met the person but i do agree with you that people make celebs do this stuff but i think she may know someone with diabetes.
