Kevin has finally made a move in response to Britney's shocking and sudden divorce decision. As predicted, he's asking for legal and physical custody of Sean P and Jayden asking that Britney only have visitation rights. He's also asking for spousal support. Lame move Kevin - we're betting this is just a sad attempt to suck as much money out of Britney as possible. Let's hope Britney's prenup is as solid as is being reported.

It's all about the Benjamin's baby! Usually whoever gets the kids gets more support (MONEY). Who is HE kidding? Brittney's all over it. Plus with his track record I don't think the judge will allow him to have the kids. They'd end up w/ nannies while he's out promoting his talantless self! OK, I'm done, WHEW!

No doubt he's jockeying for more money --but it would be a true tragedy if he gets custody. I think Britney isn't the brightest bulb in the bunch but I do believe whole heartedly that she loves her kids. Kevin, not so much.
17for the youngest all she has to say is that she is breast feeding on demand and it is automatic that he gets visitation in 2 hour increments. then they will argue that for stability, in this very difficult time, the children must not be separated. he is basically screwed.

flutterpie, i agree with the "what good is marriage if you're the only one in it" comment. k-fedex is only interested in himself. brit should never have married him, but she did, and she tried, against everyone's input to make it work. how sad is it that no one knew she was going to file for divorce? what that says is that brit felt she had no one she could trust or confide in. as for k-fed being taken by surprise, tht's all it was; unexpected. that he was able to counter file so quickly, w/o any attempt at reconciliation tells you what a bullsh*tter he is.
