Lindsay Lohan stepped out for dinner at Katsuya in LA Monday night. She returned to California last week after a trip to Morocco, and now LL's typically busy juggling her multiple projects. On top of her 6126 line and Ungaro job, she recently twittered about her delayed third album to say it's definitely on the way. Lindsay could probably use some distraction from all the recent drama with her dad, so spending time in a studio might be just what the doctor ordered.
