Colin Farrell headed to the airport after an eventful week at the Toronto Film Festival. Besides promoting Cassandra's Dream, he ran into an old friend of his. Apparently Colin reunited with a homeless man whom he had helped win $2,000 back in 2003 when he was filming a movie in Toronto. This time around, Colin took "Stress" (the man's nickname) on a shopping spree and laid down enough money to set him up with an apartment for a year. Colin definitely has a bad boy side to him, but clearly he has a sweet side as well.

i love this story! wasn't a fan before (of anything other than his looks...and that accent), but i definitely am now.

i read on another blog that the first time colin helped him, a radio station was offering the money for anyone who could bring him into the station. so instead, colin brought stress in. (sorry if that's what the link said...i didn't read it).
