Kristin, Matthew and SJP all got together in LA this weekend for the premiere of Kristin and Matthew's new movie Deck the Halls. Ever since Sex and the City announced they were ending their HBO series there have been many rumors that the girls would bring their fabulous characters to the big screen. And after many delays it sounds like the plan to make a movie may be back on. OK! reports:
It had been thought that the much talked about project would never get off the ground as talk of behind-the-scenes drama between the stars, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Kim Cattrall and Cynthia Nixon, kept on surfacing. While the gorgeous quartet has continually said there’s nothing to the rumors, individual projects, including Kristin's role in the upcoming film Deck the Halls (due out Nov. 22), have also been keeping the ladies from a possible reunion. But now, a studio insider reveals to OK!, it seems that, whatever the truth behind the hold-ups, substantial negotiations have opened with each of the star’s teams this week. “Obviously, there is still a lot to be worked out contractually, but it would be amazing to get this project off the ground,” the source explains to OK!. “There is no doubt that fans cannot wait to see them all reunited.”

The movie looks like it might be some good old fashioned fluff and good for a few laughs. I'm hoping, anyway.
1i'm actually done with sex and the city. i saw the DVDs and i thought the story had a nice ending.

12OMG you are all nuts! I cannot wait to see the movie. That show was great and I simply am rooting for the movie to air. I do not agree on how the ending of the show had a nice ending that is bull sh*t. Kim Cattrall did not want to do another season mainly because she hates SJP and was not getting paid as much as her. So now it's finally going to happen and it's FABULOUS!!!!
13I'm torn.... Sex & the City is great and I'd love to see more of the girls but at the same time, I'm just wondering what they'll do... there was such an awesome ending.

22Never been a big SJP fan. However, Kirsten Davis is fine! Her appearance is not over the top or too glamorous. She looks like she could be your best friends mom, only a bit more alluring. Her beauty is more "natural" than the proponderance of actresses you see today, inculding SJP.
Oh please please please please. I wanna see Carrie and Big have on last problem! Mmm. Mr. Big.
