In the ongoing Madonna adoption story of the month evidently the judge on her case is now set to make another ruling on David's fate next week. We thought things had finally gotten quiet with this story but it looks like it's far from over. Here's more:

Malawi's High Court said Monday it will rule next week on whether a coalition of human rights and child advocacy groups should help decide whether Madonna is fit to adopt a 13-month-old boy.
Justice Andrew Nyirenda said he will rule Nov. 20 on whether to admit the 67-member coalition, which includes the state-run Malawi Human Rights Commission, as a party in the adoption proceedings. The coalition maintains the proceedings have been irregular.
Madonna says she has met all the country's requirements for adopting the toddler, and David's father, Yohane Banda, has said the human rights group's lawsuit threatens his son's future.
Fit to adopt David? We know she's fit in a lot of other ways. Check out FitSugar to learn how to get Madonna's arms of steel.

if banda has given this adoption his OK, i don't think it's right for this human rights group to do this.
1staying away from this post.
what's with the thriller jacker?
2i think this is the most rediculous thing! that county has millions of orphans! the government should be happy that people are interested in adopting them! is she FIT to be his parent? is that a joke? she'll be able to provide him with a life that most people can only dream of! the government should show that it encourages adoption instead of making it so difficult that no one will want to do it!
3I truly feel sorry for Madonna. Instead of praising her for adopting a baby, she's getting ridiculed. I mean, the baby allowed Madonna to adopt the baby. Leave it to that! Geez! It's so annoying. It's like she kidnapped a serial killer or something.
4This is really sounding ridiculous

LizaToad, the thing is... Madonna isn't adopting from the US.
6ososweet, lizatoad didn't say anything about the US, she said "that" country.
I think it's crazy they are giving her a hard time too. I wonder if they are just trying to get more money from her.
7oh nevermind ososweet I interpreted your post wrong. You are right, it's much more difficult to adopt in other countries, which is insane.
8I feel sorry for the kid.
Just because the dad was brow beaten to concede doesn't always mean it's right. In some countries families sell off their kids into slave labor to pay family debts and give the other kids a chance. Kids as young as five chained to a table making rugs by hand in places like Pakistan, and the family gets about $20.
Yea, I know Madonna isn't going to chain David to a table, but not everyone dreams of a $30,000 jungle theme nursery and designer clothes for their kid. To many people in Africa, her confrontations with religion and all that posing nekkid makes her a questionable parent.
9Why would anyone want Madonna's arms of steel? IMO they are yuck
10what the EFFFF is she wearing! (I know- I am being super shallow on a serious post, but come ON!)
11Regardless of all the adoption brouhaha (and I have issues with her adoption that are all my own), I don't think it can be said that Madonna is not fit to adopt. In spite of my not liking Madonna in the least, I think she's a really good mother.
12gee. i'm glad these human rights group are calling attention where it's needed. forget the hundreds of thousands in darfur. let's go "help" a man who wants to give his kid up for adoption by targeting adoptee.
13So...you were saying?
14Since when Malawi has a High Court? This is all media BS
But dont leave her alone, she likes it MAD
How people can be so annoying? Dammit!
Well, this is getting ridiculous and I'd love to see her happy again. She looks devasted. I don't know.

15If the father is happy with it, what's the problem?
16from what i've read, the father already has three other children that he's having a really difficult time supporting
17etheopian_princess, i completely agree with you... this is such a rediculous situation.
18This really p isses me of. It was pretty clear after hearing David's dad had moved on a remarried that David would havebeen an orphan for life, well, his life would probably be very short.
Leave Madonna alone, she is doing something good, and she is being made into the wicked witch.
19Malawi is a multi-party democracy who's constitution has been in effect since 1995. They've had a British model judicial system for several years now, ohshqipe.
20She has aged a lot.
21So...you were saying?
Padraigin: I was being sarcastic. Now forget the textbook, we all know how "British" are things in 3rd world country.
