Los Angeles got a little more rugged last night with the premiere of Into the Wild. Sean Penn showed off his directorial project and looked pretty proud of his leading man Emile Hirsch. Meanwhile, hey sass muffin Robin Wright Penn! Vince Vaughn has laid pretty low since Owen Wilson's suicide attempt, but came out last night for the red carpet of his movie and, of course, was immediately asked about his buddy. Vince had only encouraging things to say, "Yeah, he's doing terrific. Everything's going well with that." While we can't wait to see Owen back with a smile on his face, it's excellent to hear that he is doing well. My girl Buzz had a chance to sit down and chat with quirky Emile about making this intense film - check back tomorrow morning to hear all about it (and later in the week for her review).

9Lucky Buzz, Emile Hirsch is one of my favorit actor, can't wait to see this movie.
10This isn't Sean's directorial debut. He's been directing for over 15 years. But this will probably be his most high profile film to date.
What else could Vince say? Even if Owen was home practicing noose tying, I doubt Vince would say a negative thing on the red carpet.

28I loved Emille in The Girl Next Door. I know this may be the least if his worries right now but Vince needs to cut down on the beer bloat.
29Read the Jon Krakauer book the movie is based on. Amazing stuff. I'm very excited for this movie.
