Tonight is the final LA show of Justin's FutureSex/LoveTour (he still has to make up those two shows from last week, too) and to celebrate he went on Oprah for the first time ever. The show airs this afternoon and includes a performance with Reba McEntire and Kelly Clarkson. Team is going to be live chatting the whole thing here, but before then here are some of the juicy bits. Always the coy one, JT wouldn't tell Oprah who is his new "lovely" smelling girlfriend is (not that it's any secret) and how they keep in touch using iChat while he's off on the road - geeky awwww! More importantly though, he talked Britney. Here's more:

Oprah: What do you think is going on with Britney?

Justin: I don't know, to be honest with you. I haven't spoken to her in years. I mean, there's no ill will—I have nothing but love for her. It's funny because we dated each other at a time…wow, I haven't talked about this in a long time. It's interesting.

Oprah: But you've never talked about it to me, so it's okay.

Justin: Hey, let's get it in, girl.

Oprah: Let's get it in.

Justin: We were teenagers, you know?

Oprah: Yes, famous teenagers.

Justin: I think that's basically the best way to describe what happened to us. I think she's a great person, and I don't know her as well as I did …. What I do know about her is she has a huge heart, and she is a great person.

While we sometimes fantasize about Justin coming to save Britney from her own career self-destruction (especially with the rumors of a collaboration), it's clear that these two are a lifetime apart at this point. In any event, it's nice to hear that he has nothing but sweet things to say about his first love, even if that reunion is only a distant dream. Tune in this afternoon to hear all this straight from JT himself - we'll be chatting about the whoooole thing!
