SJP and Kirstin grabbed some lunch in NYC yesterday while on a break from filming the Sex and the City Movie. They met up with Ellen Barkin, who certainly seems like a suitable Samantha stand in. It's definitely a mixed blessing getting to see all the SatC girls back in NYC making their movie. I mean, I'm more than happy to see all the Sex-y folk - boys especially - but the ever present paparazzi are going to be bringing out the spoilers. Yesterdays shots of Carrie and Big were clearly staged to get everyone more excited about the film, but the ones here below the jump are giving away some plot points. Charlotte is pregnant! I'm trying to be excited (rather than disappointed that this surprise is ruined) - but I'm wondering about the baby she was in the process of adopting?

I thought she was adopting a baby.I guess since the movie is suppose to be years later though they could of adopted the baby and had their own.
1A really good friend of mine just adopted a little baby boy after her and her husband tried for 7 years to get pregnant. They were told that their chances of conceiving were about 10%. Low and behold, a week after bringing their new son home she finds out she's 10 weeks pregnant. Maybe this is what happened to Charlotte too!! I'm so excited about this movie. I just hope the writing is as good as the series.

6I'm not upset about seeing it. It isn't anything more than what I would see in the trailer, unless it was something like a dream sequence that was so small that didn't make it into the trailer.

12i thought Charlotte only had like a 5% chance of having a baby that is why she decided to adopt with harry? weird. i am looking forward to see how this turns out. i havent seen Miranda or Sam in any of the spoiler pictures. where are the other girls?

17The whole Charlotte being pregnant thing could be to throw us off, too. I mean, didn't they have 3 or 4 different series finales that they taped, just to throw us off so we wouldn't know what was going to happen? I'm not going to count on anything we see being true but I am already counting down the days to 5/30/08!!!

19Well, Kristin Davis said in a previous interview that they were going to bring home their baby from China and then they would discover that they were pregnant too. So now Charlotte will have 2 kids!

I was a big fan of the tv show and never missed it, but tv shows belong on the tv and I just have a horrible feeling that this is going to be LAME! I mean if they wanted to do a reunion episode, even a feature length one, then fine, but show it on the tv!
