GQ Magazine is 50! To celebrate, they put every cover they've ever published online and, let me tell you, they're an excellent way to spend a few minutes. Meeeeemories. I had a blast looking through all of them, so here are a few of my favorites. The men through the years are simultaneously gorgeous and hilarious - from a young Tom Cruise to a hunky ab-tastic Affleck. Boyishly charming Damon! Look at sexpot Garner! 37It really bothers me how every cover that features a woman is all about her body. I can't see one cover above that doesn't present women's bodies for men to drool over and women to envy. This is exactly how magazines help shape society's views of women and define them by their bodies.

But great memories... like when Tom Cruise had a good publicist so we didn't all know how crazy he was. And how great Harrison Ford is still. Love Damon's hair!
40I agree with Ali about disliking the women's covers, but I dislike women on the cover on GQ in general. Just like I'd be bugged by men on the cover of Cosmo. It's done only for the sex appeal either way.
But speaking of sex appeal, I also carry around Ryan's issue of Men's Fitness.
41Yeah, I don't envy either Jennifer covers - Aniston or Garner. They both ick me out. They are definitely done as male sex fantasies, though.
