Not so sure what's going on with Eric Dane, aka McSteamy. We prefer him looking like this. Brandon Davis is once again following right behind Nicky. MTV alum and cutie Simon Rex could have used some help getting dressed too, but the former OC star Samaire Armstrong sure looks adorable.
