Kiefer had a little too much fun at the Fox Fall party last night. TMZ reports he was pulled over and arrested for suspicion of a DUI in West Hollywood early this morning and apparently his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. He was booked and has been released on $25,000 bail. This is Kiefer's second DUI so if he's convicted he'll be required to go to jail for at least five days. He's scheduled to appear in court October 16.

33He was at a Fox party Jaan. He probably HAD to go. When I'm forced to go somewhere I don't want to go, I usually throw back a few myself. Of course the difference there is I don't drive. He seems to not get that part....oh well. He'll pay for it. Hopefully he learned his lesson this time! He needs a spankin!

There is nothing wrong with getting drunk, but please make sure you have some form of designated driver to take your ass home, celebrity or not.
Having said that, the funniest thing I've ever seen him do is attack that Christmas tree in some hotel lobby, years ago. Drunk people are funny, but not when they are behind the wheel.

He's been reported to have a drinking issue for many years. I'm surprised this is only his second DUI.
Taxi's are hard to find in LA. They don't roam the streets so you can wave one down like in NY and San Francisco. You have to call ahead and they take forever to show up sometimes, if they even do show up. But lots of people rent limos or town cars with drivers. I'm surprised the studio didn't provide some service like that for the celeb guests at their party. Because if he had killed or hurt someone, their bartender might have been implicated for serving someone already too intoxicated.

You would think Fox wouldn't want to risk the chance of one of their biggest stars fatally hurting himself or others. Hmmmm... Shame on Fox too!
