Lindsay Lohan was looking a bit mischievous in her new fall coat. Even in rehab LL is setting trends. Check out super white polished nails that she topped of with some new bling. Her new piece of jewelry is a tribute to herself, and we couldn't be a bigger fan since it's the nickname we proudly call her as well. LL may be on her way out of rehab, but who knows where she'll end up. We bet no matter what, on the east or west coast, she'll continue making fashion statements wherever she goes.

17ok, so im always pretty harsh on miss LL, but I must say she does look healthy and happy in these photos. (and super cute, love those jeans!) But Im not holding out much hope that this will last. I think shes just going through the motions..rehab was her get out of jail free card. And I think all this has done is teach her ways not to get caught next time..
18She looks great and healthy for a change. I was looking at my husband's Maxim the other day that had a pic of her on the cover right before she went to rehab. She looked awful and stoned in all of the pics. It's nice to see her happy and healthy for a change. The ring is kind of tacky, but if that's her reward to herself, then more power to her.
19lol..it does look like shes talking into her coat..maybe she just has a pimple that shes trying to hide. I thought that was an F on the ring at first.
20And her nail polish doesnt look white to me..it looks like its a metalic silver or something that is catching a reflection.. (the edges are dark) not that it really matters, im just sayin.

21Eh...she needs to get her beautiful red hair back! So many women would die to have that red color and here she is turning it blond to blend into the masses of blondes in LA. Thats why i went dark...too many blondes...they are a dime a dozen around here.
She looks healthy...nice to see. I'm not much of a fan anymore, but i wish her luck...she will need it.

34LA is poison...but im sure she wont be able to stay away. Thats the way with these starlets. Thats why i live a safe couple of hours away...lol...i can go there sometimes...but never would i live there.
If you ever come to LA...you will see for yourself how dirty, smoggy, gridlocked and terrible a place it truly is. I dont know why its so popular for these stars...ugh!!

47She's obviously trying to show off her ring with her hand on the collar of her (CUTE!!) peacoat. While she does look healthy, let's just see how she does once she gets outta rehab.
48The ring to me looks like one of the $5 ones you get at the street carts in Nogales where they carve it on the spot and a week later your finger's so green that it takes 6 months to completely fade.
49Those pretty white nails are gonna turn yellow if she doesn't quit those nasty cigarettes!!! I am sure dropping all the bad habits at once would be tough.
