Not only does Heidi finally admit that she had work done (as if there was a single person on the planet who needed confirmation), but she talks about her painful battle with self esteem and body image issues that made her want to get surgery. We want to know - do you respect Heidi more for being honest?

24Sure, if someone has struggle with body and self image issues, it's not bad to share because it helps people realize that all women worry too much (i worry beyond too much). But Heidi is not a credible or inspirational source to hear any of it from. Most people think she still has loads of issues because why else would she be with that loser Spencer and why would she keep picking him over friends?! So does anyone really think, "wow, what an inspiration" i think not. I would guess it's more like "you still have a long road to travel before you're there" in terms of self esteem and self acceptance.

37I read some of the article online and she said something along the lines of "when the surgery day arrived I was really scared like, what if I don't wake up ... but then I thought, oh well, if I don't it was worth it." UM, SERIOUSLY? I don't think her self-esteem issues haven't been solved. If you really think getting new boobs and a nose job is worth dying over then you are SERIOUSLY messed up. I never have liked her and know this just proves to me that she's more of an idiot than I thought.

I got made fun all the time for having slanted eyes/small eyes, and many of my Chinese friends got an eyelid operation to make their eyes seem bigger, and my parents offered to pay one for me and I refused. They offered more than once too
I told my parents that I want my own eyes, big or small. And that my eyes will be my remainder to remain true to myself and to not hold myself and other people to only what the 'society' deems as 'perfect' physical standard.
40i hate spencer.. but not heidi. I think she probably feels like she feels since Spencer is always looking at other chicks or probably they are both watching tv and a pretty celebrity comes out and he maybe comments something about her or he keeps starring that she gets jelous..
