he should clean up his act already! he's had DUI problems since years before! i can't believe he didn't kick that bad habit!

Here is a thought Kiefer and all those other celebs getting DUI: You are rich enough to hire someone to drive you home or where ever your going to go!

I could care less about Kiefer and his career. I'm tired of celebrities displaying such irresponsible, dangerous behavior. Drunk driving kills people. Children, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters...

Let's be honest. You're not a fan of Kiefer Sutherland. You're a fan of Jack from 24. None of us know him personally and from what we do know, that he is willing (on many occasions) to put lives in danger, I am not a fan. A grown man should know better.

I live in LA and am always worried when driving on the freeway at night that some celeb or partier is driving intoxicated. Once you've seen a gurney on the side of the freeway taking a body away from an accident scene, it won't seem so cute and trivial.

Shame on you for being more concerned about a tv show's next season being filmed than the fact that this man could have easily killed himself and others because of his irresponsible actions. A DUI is not just a trivial matter to brush off and hope will go away in time, so that you don't miss an episode of 24!

I'm sorry, but that's completely unacceptable. A DUI is actually a serious offense, one that can kill others. I think your priorities are really screwed up on this one.

I love Kiefer in 24 but he needs to realize that he could kill someone one day and get the appropriate help.

I love Kiefer Suttherland as Jack Bauer in '24'. He's perfect for that role and his voice is so amazing but I hope he never
drinks and drives again. He was lucky he did not hurt or kill anyone including himself. SO lets hope he does NOT Ever make that kind of mistake again.

Keifer has been arrested for DUI FOUR times now, twice the charges were dropped. He was also offered a limo on Monday night, but chose to drive drunk. I try to support you Keifer, but your ass needs to be in jail.

He's old school....so I never expected to see this coming from Kiefer.

I really hope that he opens his eyes and realizes how badly he could have hurt himself or others with his DUI...I know he's had run-ins like this before but now that he's a little older and hopefully a little wiser, he'll figure out that he can call a cab and nobody will think bad of him.

On a side note though I think it's sad that things totally get magnified when you're a celebrity. Someone's getting arrested for a DUI as we speak but somehow it's 10x worse when celebs do it. They are not demi-gods; they make stupid mistakes like we do.

But admittedly yes, very bad on his part. One time is enough. Generally though ease up on the hating.

You would think a 40 year old man would know better! How very sad. I see he has a way to go to clean up his act. He was doing well for a while. (Last year during an interview with Rolling Stone, he and the interviewer were going out for drinks, and they took the train. He stated that he doesn't drive anymore when he's going out drinking.)

Shame on you. Maybe it's time he face some punishment for his actions, maybe that's how he'll learn.

Oh, and he does have a grandchild. A grandson named Hamish. (When he married his first wife, she had a small daughter who he's raised since she was 6 or 7. And even after their divorce. She gave birth to a son about two years ago.) So he's a father and a grandfather.
