she has had a boob job and a nose job. her jawline looks softer too, hummm. she's not fug anymore, but she's no beauty. if she didn't have the parents she has she certainly wouldn't be photographed for anything meant for publication. the hair is awful. why are the kids of celebrities forced on us?

To the person who said dark eyebrows give you away as a fake, it's not always true. I was blonde up until I was a teenager and always had quite dark eyebrows, so in some cases it's natural. It doesn't look right on Rumer though. Her dark hair was so pretty and glossy. I have no idea why she would do that to herself.

She's young and having fun with her hair color. It's short enough it's not like she's ruining a lot of pretty long locks. Her face is so angular, I still think a bit longer hair with bangs may be better for her longer face.
