Lindsay is staying away from drugs and alcohol these days, but she's still fueling her old addictions to coffee and cigarettes. We found out earlier this week that LL isn't planning on leaving rehab and we're starting to realize why. Between her breaks for shopping, pedicures and trips to the movies, it seems like Lindsay has enough freedom to enjoy herself. Even though it looks like she's on vacation, at least it's not the kind where's she's in a bikini enjoying margaritas.

1It's good to see her out and about and looking very healthy and happy.
2You do know that rehab isn't jail, right? In order to be effective, a long-term rehab program has to get you back to functioning in society in a normal, day-to-day fashion.

14I agree with StopMe. How useful would rehab be if they controlled everything you did. When you got the control back, you would just go nuts. This way, she is provided the space she needs, so that she can learn to make the correct decisions on her own. I actually think it is a better idea than a jail house style center. Since she should be in rehab on your own recognizance (sp?), she should, atleast at this point, be able to be trusted to make her own decisions.

18Whatever she may or may not be learning in re-hab all I see is a girl whose priorities on the outside world seem to be:
- smoking
- taking care of her ridiculous fake, long blond extensions
- getting her nails done.
- tanning
All such meaningful and worthwhile activities.
