Once again it's time to check in with our favorite red headed soon-to-be mom, Isla. She and her equally adorable Sacha Baron Cohen grabbed a bite to eat out in LA on Thursday, only this time she let him be the one wearing the incognito bear hat. Must be crazy for Isla & Sacha how the paparazzi presence has grown so much as she becomes more and more pregnant. It's good preparation for the frenzy of those first baby pictures. Luckily for them this time around it won't be nearly of Shiloh/Suri levels, but who knows — at the rate these two are becoming photographer favorites, superstardom (and celebrity baby mania) may be just around the corner.

I think she is looking a little less bloated and more settled in her pregnancy now than she was a few weeks ago. She looks great. So cute.

13Yeah, her feet are definitely swollen. Won't go down completely for about 2 weeks after the baby's born. She's retaining water, I bet that's half her baby weight right there.
