Fleurfairy-As a "McDonald" girl, I feel your pain re the tartan, even though I love Gwen. But I have to admit, fashion borrows from all cultures these days-people of all walks of life wear cheongsams, sari-inspired dresses, mehndi, you name it. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!

I love this family, they look fantastic - I like it I newer had liked when parents dress their kids like in blue or pink sweet shirts, with animals or some standarts for babys, I like that celebrities dress their kids like this... I just like that.

I've gotten used to Gwen dressing in a way that if anyone else was wearing it while walking down the street, they would be classified as mildly to moderately insane. I think I have come to accept and expect that even her most demure outfits are strikingly odd to me. But, God help me, I just can't help but think that a 38 year old woman shouldn't be wearing a midriff shirt. There, I said it.

Pic 1 - the outfit is cute and very Gwen but lose the silly insect glasses and wear a shirt that covers the midriff. Midriff bearing is not cool anymore.

Pic 2 - I actually really like what she's wearing minus the silly insect glasses and swap the pants for black opaque hosiery and tada! Classy..
