George Clooney traded one fancy gorgeous accessory for another over the weekend — by that I mean his hot hot Macbook Pro and his PYT Sarah Larson. It looks like he handled his girl more tenderly than his computer, however, which is definitely a good thing considering he's already landed her in the hospital once. Whoops. At least he seems to be making it up to her with nights on the town and she's smiling the whole time. A grin which will probably get even bigger when she's finally off those crutches, too.

20Well if I know George, and yes, I pretend to, he probably promised this girl the time of her life if she traveled with him and kept him company. No where in that plan was an accident and a trip to the hospital!!! He'll stick with her maybe through the holidays and then he'll be solo again. He has said publicly that he tells prospective girlfriends that the relationship won't work towards a commitment but he promises them a great ride! And he says his relationships have a shelf life of about 3 years. Hey,I'd sign up for that!!!
