Pam recently broke the news about her sad miscarriage but that won't stop her from having more children in her life. Even though Pam has said she has her hands full with 3 kids, she and Kid are now thinking about adoption. She said:
"Any time a child gets a chance at a better life, it's a good thing," the actress said. "I'm really inspired, but I do have my hands full with my two and my new stepson. You never know. Bring it on!" The Canadian actress added, "I'd probably adopt from Canada though."

I love Pam. She seems like such a great mom & a nice person.
She does have 2 biological children & now that she is married to kid rock, his child is her stepchild (I don't know if it's a boy or girl)...so that's why she is saying 3 kids.
