Halle Berry stopped by Oprah today to dish about her new movie, Things We Lost In The Fire, and of course her baby on the way. We know how excited she is about having a child, so naturally there was a fair amount of gushing. Oprah got Halle to spill all the juicy details on her pregnancy and her hot man Gabriel. Here are highlights:
- On struggling to get pregnant: "I'm sort of superstitious, so I saved all of the negative tests in a drawer. Don't ask! I don't know why, but I did. … After about 35 tests, we finally got a positive test."
- On Gabriel: "He's always his authentic self, never worried about being judged... To walk with that kind of confidence ... and with integrity, I know he has ability to love me, love our children, and he will do that."
We all know Halle has been through a lot, so we're glad to see that she's happy and starting a family. We can't wait to see that beautiful couple out on the town with their little bundle.

she looks pretty! she's a little space cadet but a hot one that I respect so CONGRATS HALLE & SEXY MODEL DUDE....and Oprah should not be allowed near any pregnant women b/c she's jealous and strange about that type of stuff...I respect Oprah, dont' get me wrong
4235 tests isn't excessive/extreme. You generally do 2 or 3 at least for each cycle to be sure you didn't test too early or whatever. Which makes it about ten months, which is normal for women trying to conceive. I take at least 2 even with a positive result, to be sure there wasn't a mistake on the result.
Now keeping them in a drawer or telling people about them? That I don't do. Well, the telling people about them anyway.
