Pretty cheeky of Kevin to let the nanny push Sean Preston and Jayden James around in their little "cars" the day after their mom lost custody for driving without a valid CA license, right? I mean, it's not like Federline doesn't have a yard. At least they look like they're having fun and enjoying the LA sun rather than just being carted around on another of Britney's shopping adventures. Things are bleak for Brit right now, but a good friend of hers told Us Weekly that the pop star is "optimistic" that this will all be reversed during tomorrow morning's hearing, especially since she only didn't fulfill her court orders due to "scheduling conflicts." Sure. Well, at least that explains her good mood?
Just when things look like they couldn't get much worse for Britney, enter the obligatory sex tape rumor. (Ugh.) InTouch Weekly is reporting that a man Britney met in Hawaii in June is claiming to have a sex tape of himself and Brit. The dude says that he hasn't released it because he is embarrassed about his performance (apparently not that much) and that he made the tape without Britney's knowledge (ass). Hopefully this is just another person who wants to use Brit to get a little attention.

Free of second hand smoke? KFed smokes around his kids..he's even been photographed with a cig hanging out of his mouth and holding S. Preston. He also smokes something a bit stronger than Cigarettes...my point is, KFED is no saint, but at this point, at least he's smart enough to have a responsible nanny.

29i hope everyone who is so sad for these kids is also sad for th many many many other kids without a mom OR dad. there are kids who are in the system, ones who have never met either of their parents and 99% of them DO NOT have the MILLIONS of dollars these 2 have.
30It's nice to see the kids outside almost playing...hopefully the nanny is taking them to a playground or something fun. This is better than nothing which is what they got at home w/ Britney. Who knows what happens to them at her house. I mean she only wakes up everyday around 2, gets coffee, goes tanning every single day! We only saw her take SP to the park ONCE and she wore high heels. 32Wow it's so weird seeing her kids doing actual... kid things! The only other time I saw this was pics of Kevin throwing their birthday party. Did she ever even do a party for her boys? I mean come on her baby turned one for goodness sakes I hope she gave him a party. Dad's aren't usually great at doing the party thing but her kids birthdays are so much more special considering they are so close.

But sources tell us three factors were the last straws for Gordon.
- Britney was supposed to sign a document that would have given the green light for a custody evaluator to conduct psychological evaluations. Commissioner Gordon ordered Spears to get the signed document to Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's lawyer, by Monday at 10:00 AM or appear in court. She did neither.
- The judge ordered both Kevin and Britney to submit proof they had valid California Driver's Licenses and insurance. He also ordered that neither party drive with the children if they didn't have the proper license. Over the weekend, TMZ posted video of Spears driving with the kids in Malibu. She did not have a California license and still doesn't. The TMZ posting was discussed in court and the Commish was pissed off.
- The biggest reason for the change was Thursday night, Britney was at Sutra nightclub in Newport Beach. TMZ shot video inside the club. Various people say they saw her drinking alcohol after midnight. According to Gordon's order on September 17, neither Britney nor K-Fed were allowed to consume alcohol within 12 hours of the time they obtained physical custody of the kids. We know Britney picked the children up at 12 noon on Friday, which means she would have violated Gordon's order.
In short, Gordon was ticked off that Britney thumbed her nose at the court. Stay tuned.

41I doubt this was to flaunt the car issue at Britney. Those kids have been pushed around the neighborhood in those cars a number of times when paps were around, usually with Britney's parents pushing.
Have you seen Kevin's back yard? It's mostly lawn, with a pool along the back, so there isn't a long pavement stretch to go anywhere in these cars. That's why they use these out front.

Plus, everyone would accuse him of just trying to flaunt the kids in front of the media. It's bad enough their mom has done that all along. He's just trying to stay low profile with the kids so they can have something like a normal childhood.
Kevin did give them a birthday party, with their step-siblings there, Britney's parents, and other family. Like it should be. I think Britney sent Alli out for an ice cream cake. No sign of a party. It's not like they have any friends or play dates, or she belongs to a mom's group. Those kids always look so lonely with her.
