John and Minka were twinsies in their classic whites and jeans while grabbing lunch in LA yesterday. We've really warmed up to John in the past year (possibly due to his short hair), but he's still not quite the most recognizable face in Hollywood. In fact, a clerk at Circuit City gave John a hard time for trying to buy a bunch of stuff without an ID last week. Apparently the issue was eventually sorted out and John and Minka laughed it off together with all their new toys, but John was understandably embarrassed. It's a good thing his new girlfriend was there to comfort him during this awkward moment.

4I don't understand why he SHOULDN'T have been given a hard time about the ID. Just because he's a celebrity doesn't mean he should be able to circumvent the company's policy. If they don't do sales without ID, it shouldn't matter who you are.

13You actually don't NEED your license on you in California, as long as you know the number. Either way, they key the number into the system to validate your identity and if the license is valid.
