We can't help but notice how happy John Mayer is these days (not to mention how good he looks) but we certainly need to recognize that his ex is doing pretty well for herself too. Jessica Simpson looked sexy and fierce walking around NYC last night in her LBD. Those calves are seriously intense but what we love most is the huge grin on her face. She may have still been thinking about John back in the Cameron Diaz days, but now it looks like she's doing just fine all on her own.
