Isla took her baby bump out for a stroll around L.A. yesterday, and boy does she look ready to pop! Don't get us wrong, she's still adorable as ever, but we're willing to bet that she must be getting a little uncomfortable. It's fun tracking all of our favorite pregnant stars, but we can't help but feel their pain towards the end of their pregnancies. Of course, we're super excited to add their little one to our list of celebrity babies [1] so hopefully Isla and Sacha's newborn will be here soon to join in on the fun!
